John Lasell

Brian Lewandowski is the Executive Director of the Business Research Division at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Brian has 15 years’ experience conducting economic studies at CU Boulder. Prior to CU, he worked in both the private sector and government. Jacob Lindsey

Jacob Lindsey is a leader in the field of city planning, with 19 years of experience in land planning, local government, urban design and development entitlement. He currently serves as the Director of Planning and Development Services for the City of Boulder, Colorado. He previously served for seven years at the City of Charleston, South Carolina, and was appointed by Mayor Joseph P. Riley, Jr. as the Director of Planning, Preservation and Sustainability. From 2013 to 2020, he led the department, working with the Mayor, City Council and members of the community to reform processes and improve zoning throughout the City.
